This website is operated by Purpose Harbor Inc ("Purpose Harbor," "we," "us"). We help families of children with severe illnesses cover treatment and illness-related costs, primarily through grants to partner organizations and also directly.

Contact form submissions: name, email address, and your message.

Assistance applications: contact details and the medical and financial information you choose to provide about your family's situation. This is sensitive information — we ask only for what we need to make a decision.

Partner grant applications: organizational contact details, registration information, and program descriptions.

Donations: processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We receive confirmation details but never store full card numbers.

Newsletter signups: your email address.

Usage analytics: aggregate, privacy-respecting page analytics via Vercel Analytics. We do not run advertising trackers.

We never sell personal information. We never publish a family's story, name, or image without explicit written consent.

We disclose information if required by law.

Application data is retained only as long as needed to administer assistance and meet legal and audit obligations, and is then deleted.

Data is encrypted in transit and stored with access controls limited to staff who need it.
